  1. Campur bahan biang dan bahan adonan kecuali margarin, uleni smp setengah kalis kemudian masukan margarin, uleni lagi smp kalis (tdk lengket di tangan tanda nya adonan sdh kalis).
  2. Bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bulatan (saya bagi jdi 9 bulatan, masing2 berat 50gr) lalu celupkan ke putih telur dan gulingkan/balur rata dgn tepung roti/panir)
  3. Tata ke loyang/wadah yg sdh di beri dgn taburan sedikit tepung kemudian tutup dgn kain lembab/plastik lalu proofing/istirahatkan kurleb 40 menit spy adonan mengembang.
  4. Panaskan secukupnya minyak, goreng dgn api kecil (jgn di bolak balik, cukup sekali saja spy tdk menyerap minyak) setelah matang kemudian tiriskan.
  5. Tunggu dingin lalu belah bagian tengah nya (jgn smp putus) beri isian dan pelengkap. Siap sajikan.
