- Bagi adonan menjadi 12 kemudian bulatkan
- Diamkan lagi 5-15 menit (tutup lagi dengan serbet) lalu tekan atau rol adonan
- Jika kembali mengembang, donat siap digoreng. Cukup sekali balik. Tunggu sampai dingin
- Sementara menunggu donat dingin, siapkan bahan membuat krim susu. Mixer semua bahan sampai kaku. Simpan di freezer sebentar
- Potong bagian tengah donat tidak sampai putus. Beri olesan kental manis di setiap sisi lalu tambahkan krim susu. Ratakan dengan spatula.
- Sebelum disajikan, masukan donat ke dalam kulkas (cukup dibagian bawah kulkas) sebentar kurleb 1 menit agar lebih nikmat.
