- Provide Bahan Vla Coklat:
- Prepare 50 gr Gula pasir (kalo suka manis boleh ditambah)

- Provide 125 gr Tepung terigu
- Take 3 butir Telur
Instructions to make Kue Sus Vla Coklat:
- Campurkan maizena & coklat bubuk dimangkuk, tuang susu cair sedikit aja untuk mencampur. Aduk sampai tercampur rata (ini untuk campuran vla nanti)
- Masukkan susu cair, gula & larutan maizena plus coklat tadi ke panci. Nyalakan api kecil. Aduk-aduk sampai meletup. Kalau sudah meletup masukkan mentega, lalu matikan api. Sisihkan ya, pindahkan ke wadah lain
- Kulit sus: Masukkan air, mentega & gula ke dalam panci. Nyalakan api kecil & tunggu sampai mendidih. Kalau sudah mendidih masukkan tepung terigu lalu aduk rata sampai tidak ada bagian putih terigu nya lagi. Aduk terus sampai kalis ya, kalau sudah kalis boleh dimatikan api nya. Taruh di wadah lain ya jgn dipanci itu lagi
- Kalau sudah hangat, tidak panas lagi. Campurkan telur & aduk sampai menjadi adonan. Kalo ngga pede boleh ya pake mixer
- Kalau sudah tercampur, pindahkan lagi ke plastik segitiga & bentuk sesuai selera. Kalo saya ngga pake spuit karna ngga ada, jadi saya bentuk ala kadarnya. Panggang selama 30 menit ya dengan api atas bawah di suhu 200 derajat
- Kalo sudah matang, gunting tengahnya lalu isi dengan vla nya deeeh
