  1. Use 2 cup Refined Flour
  2. You need 1 cup Multi Grain Flour
  3. Provide 1/4 cup Carrot Puree
  4. Use 1/4 cup Spinach Puree

  2. Blanch the spinach and coriander and make puree. Green puree is ready.

  4. Take 3 part of it.. in one part, mix carrot puree, in 2nd part add green puree, and 3 part remain white.
  5. Now Knead the dough. Keep aside it for 10 min. Now roll the thepla.
