  3. For making dough - Mix flour, oil and salt in a bowl and make a semi stiff dough using water. Cover the dough and keep it to set for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Now knead the dough again to make it soft. Take a portion from dough, dust with flour, roll it lightly and place prepared stuffing in centre, close it well with light hands, roll the paratha gently and place on hot tawa to roast from both sides.apply ghee or oil while roasting.
