- You need 7-8 dried red chillies
- You need 2-3 medium onions
- Get 1/2 tbsp tamarind
- Provide 4-5 garlic cloves
- Take 1 to cumin seeds
- Get 3 tsp oil
- Provide as needed Salt
- Take for dosa:-
- Get 2 bowls dosa batter
- Get 2 tsp oil
- Prepare 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
- Take 4-5 cubes cheese grated
Steps to make Ulli Karam Dosa:
- For chutney:- Heat oil in a pan roast cumin seeds and dried red chillies for a minute.
- Add the onion, garlic a the saute until soft. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- Now add salt, and tamarind and grind into a paste and keep aside.
- Heat the dosa pan with a few drops of oil. Turn the flame to high and spread 2-3 spoonful of batter it in a round shape.
- Wait for 10 seconds and pour 1 tsp oil on dosa.
- Take 2 tbsp of onion chutney/ ulli karam and spread it on dosa.
- Add grated cheese and wait until it melts.
- Put some chopped coriander leaves fold dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney, sambhar, and tomato chutney.
