Instructions to make Fruity Pancake:
  1. In a bowl, mix eggs & sugar so until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Then add oil, vanilla essence, milk in egg mixture & mix well. Then sieve maida, salt, baking powder, add in egg mixture & mix well then make a medium thick consistency batter. (Note: if you do not have vanilla essence you can use add 1/2 tsp orange zest)
  3. Take a fry pan in the gas in medium low flame, pour a cup of batter in the pan as shown below so that it gets a colour palette shape. Then add the chopped fruits, mango bar & nuts. A minute later flip it so that the fruity side gets cooked after about 30-40 seconds take if off from heat sauce.
  4. Then pour batter in a polybag, with the help of polybag pour batter in frying pan so that we can easily get a brush shaped pancake then add chopped fruits & make it in the same way as mentioned in step 3.
  5. Using chocolate sauce, make borders of the palette & brush, keep dates, almonds, cashews, a banana piece, coloured sugar balls, orange slice, pomegranate kernels as shown in the pictures.
