- Firstly make flour dough..in a big mixing bowl add flour,salt,oil,carrom seeds,kalonji and mix together
- Now add gradually water and make a soft dough and keep aside for 10-15 minutes
- Meanwhile prepare the stuffing -take a bowl mix sattu,ginger,garlic,chilli and all dry ingredients except oil and hing
- Now heat oil and add hing in to hot oil mix well add this mixture to sattu and mix well,squeeze 1 lemon juice in this and mix well
- Take a small part of flour dough make lemon size balls and flatten with finger on palm
- Put stuffing on it
- Seal the edges and fold again make a ball from this and flat gentely to make little big ball
- Now make a thick puri with rolling pin make all kachories like this
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan and deep fry the all kachouri on low-medium heat till golden brown
- Take out from pan and put on paper napkin to remove excess oil
- Serve hot
