  13. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  14. You need 1 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  15. Prepare 2 tsp aamchur (dry mango)powder
  16. Get 2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  17. Prepare For Dough
  18. Get 1 cup maida/ All-purpose flour
  19. Use to taste Salt
  20. You need 2 tbsp oil
  21. Take as needed Water

Instructions to make Pyaaz Kachoris:
  1. For Stuffing: Take Chilli cutter add Chillies, garlic and ginger. Crush it. Peel and wash the onions.
  2. Chopped finely. Take a pan on low flame. Add oil, asafoetida, Chopped onions.
  3. Saute it till get transparent. Add crush ginger garlic green chilli paste. Saute it for a min. Add coriandor cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
  4. With Kachori masala, gram Sattu. Mix it well.
  5. Add smash boil potatoes. Mix it add dry mango powder, salt.
  6. Mix it and now add chopped coriander leaves. Keep a side.
  7. For Dough: Take kneading plate add flour, salt, oil and water knead soft dough. Cover it and keep a side.
  8. For Kachoris:. Get stuffing and dough ready. Take a pan on low flame and add oil. Make lemon size dough balls. Flatten with hands. Place 1 tbsp stuffing.
  9. Sealed it and flatten it with hand. Put it in hot oil put the flame on low mediu. Slowly Kachoris will float on oil.
  10. Than turn it. Fry it from both the sides in golden. Make all Kachoris and serve with spicy green chutney and termarind-dates chutney. Enjoy the Delicious taste of Kachoris.
