The ingredients needed to make Kesari custard ladoo:
- Get 1/4 cup saffron milk
- Use 1/2 cup paneer (I have used home made)
- Prepare 1 tbspn custard powder
- You need 250 gm condense milk (add more or less as per taste)

- Use 1 tbspn ghee

- In a mixer jar grind paneer, condense milk, elaich powder half of saffron milk into a smooth paste..
- In a pan heat ghee than add the paste.. In the same mixer jar grind the remaining milk with custard powder and add the in paste and mix well..
- Cook continuously till it start leaving the pan than transfer it into a greased plate and cool it to room temperature.
- Once cooled make a smooth and soft dough.. Grease your hand with ghee and take small small portion and make ladoo shape garnish it with kesar and pista or any dryfruits of your choice..
