The ingredients needed to make Shahi Biryani:
- You need 1 glass Rice
- Provide Long, Jeera, Elachi (choti & moti), dal chinni
- Provide 5-7 pieces Chicken
- Take 2 Spoons Biryani Masala -
- Use 1/2 cup Water
- Take to taste Salt
- Use As needed Dry fruits(cashews, almonds, rausins)
- Take 2 Onion
- Provide 4 tomatoes
- Take 5-6 green chillies
- Use 2 tsp Garlic & Ginger paste
Instructions to make Shahi Biryani:
- Fry onion paste, garlic, ginger & green chillies, Add jeera, long, Elachi, dal chinni
- Add tomatoes and add little salt.. let it fry, add biryani Masala now & add dry fruits
- Add chicken, cover the kadhai.. and let the Masala absorb in Chicken
- After 1/2 an hour, put rice and remaining salt + water.
- Check the rice and mix accordingly.. switch off the gas after 10 mints and cover the kadhai,, put the heavy bartaan or chakla on it for few mints..
- Now it's ready to serve.
