- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add curry leaves and the marinated chicken & stir.
- Cover and cook in low flam atlist 15-20 min.
- Then again stir and cover again and cook it low flame atlist 10 min.
- Add salt,sugar & vinegar and stir. Add little beat of water and cook.
- Garnishing the chicken with curry leaves and serve hot.
Originally the vindaloo is made with pork but chicken is easier to cook with and also easier to find, atleast in India. This recipe would also work with.
