- Get 1 1/2 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Brest
- You need 8 oz Can Of Tomato Sauce
- Take 5 tbsp Vindaloo Seasoning. Most Spice Stores Will Have This. If Not Mix Coriander,garlic,cumin,ginger,cinnamon,mustard,cayenne,jalapeño, Cardamom,turmeric, Black Pepper And Cloves.
- Use 4 Cubed Potatoes
- Use 1 large Onion
- Use 6 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- Get 1 tsp Salt
- Take 1 cup Water
Steps to make Chicken vindaloo:
- Brown the cubed potatoes and set aside.
- Brown the chicken, add it to a soup pot
- Mince and brown the onion
- Mix tomato sauce and vindaloo seasoning into a paste. You can add more or less of the seasoning depending on how spicy you want it.

- Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min
