  15. Provide 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
  16. Get 1/2 cup water
  17. Use 8-10 mint leaves
  18. Take 2 garlic cloves
  19. Prepare 2 tsp tahini paste
  20. Prepare 2 tsp lime juice
  21. Prepare 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  22. Get to taste Salt
Steps to make Kaboos:
  1. Finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes and cucumber
  2. Add chopped parsley,green chillies and coriander leaves
  3. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. And mix well.
  4. Firstly cut kulchas into halves then quarter pieces.
  5. Spread grated cheese over half pieces.
  6. Now spread little tomato sauce over these pieces and keep filling of vegetables. Again spread cheese.
  7. Now cover with another piece of kulchas
  8. Now apply butter on both sides and grill for 3..4 minutes. Can be cook on tava also.
  9. Kaboos are ready to serve with Dalia salad and mint hummus
  10. For mint hummus grind boiled chickpeas along with garlic cloves, mint leaves,tahini paste,oil,lime juice and salt adding water.
