  4. Get blue food color, gel or drops
  5. Get GARNISH
  6. Prepare fresh strawberries and blueberries
  7. Get 1/4 cup red, white and blue sprinkles

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Spray 5 - 6 inch bake pans with non stick baking spray you don't have 6 - inch pans you can use 3 8- inche for a 3 layer striped cake
