Make learning about food enjoyable.

Teach household dishes together, have your kid mix the ingredients and serve the meals to the remainder of the household. Select a vegetable garden for a family job and put your kid in charge of watering and picking the ripe vegetables. Children who are involved are far more likely to be a willing player in the eating process.
