  2. Prepare Cup flour
  3. You need 1 large egg

Instructions to make Yamrita:
  1. Peel and cut the yam into your desire shapes and wash. You don’t want to over cook your yam if not it will fall apart. When the yam is done drain or remove the yam from the water.

  3. Heat enough oil in a fryer/pot over medium-high heat. Coat each yam in the yam mixture then fry until golden brown.
