  1. Cuci sosis, kerat di kedua sisi, jangan sampai putus. Tusuk dengan tusuk sate. Sisihkan.
  2. Haluskan cabe rawit, cabe merah besar, bawang putih, gula, garam dan kaldu bubuk jamur.
  3. Ambil 1/2 bagian bumbu halus, campur dengan 2 sdm margarin. Aduk rata, koreksi rasa,aduk merata lagi. Sisihkan.
  4. Lelehkan 1 sdm margarin di teflon. Saya pakai wajan. Tata sate sosis di teflon. Bakar di api kecil sambil dioles campuran bumbu halus dan margarin. Oles merata hingga bumbu habis sambil di bolak balik. Bakar 5 menit. Angkat.
  5. Tata sate sosis di piring, berikan sisa bumbu halus tanpa campuran margarin. Sate sosis seuhah siap dinikmati.
