- Now add the dal, add salt to taste. Let it cook first 5 min in high flame then 10 min in low flame so the masala gets incorporated in the dal. When done add the fried kaju and coriander leaves. Before serving garnish it with some fried kaju, deghi mirch powder and coriander leaves.
