- You need 1 cup Gram flour
- Use Salt to taste

- Take 1 Onion medium chopped
- Get 2 Green chillies chopped
- Use 1 tbsp Coriander chopped

- Prepare 2 cup soaked rice
- Get 1/2 cup masoor dal red wali
- Use 1 medium size Onion, finely chopped
- Provide 1 tpsp Ginger garlic paste
- Get 2 cups Water
- Use 2 tablespoons Ghee
- You need 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- Take 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- Take 2 Cloves
- You need 1 Cinnamon stick, broken into 2 pieces
- Get 1 small piece of Bay Leaf
- Prepare 4 Black Peppercorns
- Prepare 1/2 Star Anise
- You need 1 Dry Red Chilli, broken into halves
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- Take 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- You need 4-6 fresh green
- You need 1 tablespoon Chillies finely chopped
- Take Coriander Leaves

- Karhi:: Blend all the Karhi ingredients except Curry patta in blender. Pour the mixture in pan and add Karhi patta. Add 2- 3 cups water and cook Karhi for 2-3 hours on low flame

- Take oil in pan and add onion Û”Û” Fry for 3 minutes then add other ingredients of baghar excep red chii powder when baghar is done add red chilli powder and pour it to Karhi
- Khichdi:: Wash rice and dal soak them together in water for 20 minutes. Drain and keep aside until needed.
- Heat 2 tablespoons ghee Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, black peppercorn, star anise, dry red chilli and ; sauté for a minute. - Add chopped onion and sauté until onion turns light brown or for approx. 1-2 minutes.
- Add drained rice, dalni her garlic,,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Sauté for 1 minute. - Add 2 cups water, mix well cook till water dried Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes. Serve hot
