- At first, soak the both lentil in water for 10 hr.
- Boil split chick peas in cooker.
- Now,paste the soak urad bengal dal.
- Then put the paste of urad dal in a bowl.
- Then add rice flour on the paste with salt and little water.
- Then,make a smooth batter by fork or spoon.
- Next, put some ghee in pan.
- Then,add the boil split gram in pan.
- Add coconut mix jaggery,plain jaggery,sesame and grate paneer.
- Saute it until makes a sticky halwa.
- Next add dry fruit with halwa.
- Put ghee in hand and make balls by this dry halwa.
