Instructions to make Fish egg masala fry:
  1. Clean fish egg neatly. Cut it into small pieces. Marinate this with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder and salt. Leave this for 3 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a clay pot(use any type of pan).splutter mustard seeds. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well for a minute.
  3. Add onion, curry leaves and green chilli and saute it untill the onion turn golden brown
  4. Add remaining masala's one by one. Saute it for a while.
  5. Add shredded/dessicated coconut and saute it until all mix up well.
  6. Then add the marinated fish egg into this and salt as per taste. Mix well. Sprinkle some water over it and cover it for 2 minute.
