  2. Add elachi powder,pista and mawa cook for 8 minutes then add sugar and keep mixing
  3. Lastly add milk and kesar cook till dough
  4. Fresh coconut stuffing: in a pan add ghee and fresh coconut and roast it then add jaggery powder and cook continuously
  5. Add mawa pistachio and elachi powder cook the mixture till mixture completely cooled
  6. Assembly: in a modak mould add layer of coating.keep a hollow in center,fill the stuffing cover the bottom of dough seal properly. Demould it
  7. Without mold: Flaten the dough with palm,first made four corner then if you want more than you made and then filled with stuff sealed the border properly
