- Use 200 gm Dark chocolate compound bar

- Melt both the Chocolate compounds in microwave safe bowl.Mix well with spoon.See no lumps should be there.

- Now take white compound and melt it also.
- Divide white chocolate compound in 3 bowls.Mix different colours in bowls along with the white chocolate compound.
- Now take the Modak tray.First put red then beside yellow then green.Now pour the melted dark,milk chocolate compound on it and tap the tray.
- Put the tray immediately in fridge for 10mins to set.
- Take out the tray and demould the Modaks and you will find multicolored modaks.
