  4. Rebus air hingga mendidih, masukkan bahannya, gunakan api sedang ke kecil saja. Dan bahan lontong harus benar2 terendam air rebusan.
  5. Sekali2 dicek, masak kurleb 3 jam. Setelah masak angkat lontong dan tiriskan.
