- Mix all ingredients make a thin paste using 2 cup water
- Pour batter in microwave bowl
- Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove it and beat the batter now. Again, cook for 2 minutes in the microwave. Remove it again and beat it again. For the last time, cook for 1 minute in the microwave and beat.
- Now grease a plate and spread the kothimbir Vadi in 1 inch thick layer. Leave for 20 to 30 minute

- Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric. Saute until the oil gets separated from spices on medium flame.
- Add beaten curd and malai and stir the curry continuously until gravy starts boiling. Now add enough water and add remaining spices and salt.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame. Switch off the gas and add fried vadi and chopped coriander in the gravy.
