  3. Fillet dada ayam yg telah dipotong masukkan ke dalam bumbu rendaman, rendam selama -+ 30 menit agar bumbu meresap, setelah di rendam, tusuk ayam dan sosis yg telah dipotong, susun bergilir dan kemudian bakar. Oleskan margarin cair agar sate tidak lengket.
  4. Bumbu kacang : goreng kacang tanah sampai kuning kecoklatan, haluskan kacang tanah, 3 siung bawang merah, 2 siung bawang putih dan cabai merah 4 buah ( jika dengan blender, tambahkan air agar bisa tercampur rata).
  5. Panaskan minyak goreng 3 sdm, masukkan bumbu kacang, kecap manis, garam, lada, masak hingga air mengering dan sampai minyak terlihat terpisah, angkat. Jika ingin wangi tambahkan perasan jeruk limau diatasnya.
  6. Tata sate yg telah matang kemudian tabur bumbu kacang di atasnya dan perasan di atas limau dan bawang goreng
