- Take 1 pack sosis (me:pakai 5sosis masing2 potong jadi 2 bagian)
- You need 200 gr Tepung terigu
- Take 150 gr Tepung beras
- Use Tepung sajiku 1 bungkus (skip boleh)
- Get 200 gr Tepung panir
- You need Penyedap rasa secukupnya (me:royco)
- Prepare secukupnya Minyak goreng
- Prepare secukupnya Air
- Take Tusuk sate 1pack
- Use secukupnya Mayonaise
- You need secukupnya Kecap
- Get secukupnya Saos sambal/tomat
Instructions to make Sate Sosis:
- Sosisnya seperti ini, cuma saya ambil 5 sosis potong jadi 2 bagian masing-masing,jadi ada 10 tusuk ya, merk sosisnya apa saja sesuai selera (oh ya ini beli di toko aneka frozen food banyak pilihannya nanti sesuai selera saja, karena ukuran besar, isi banyak dan lebih hemat juga 😊)
- Setalah sosis diiris 2 bagian masing-masing. Tusukan ke tusukan sate. Kemudian siapkan adonan basah dulu. Siapkan wadahnya, lalu masukan tepung terigu, tepung beras, tepung sajiku, penyedap rasa royco. Aduk hingga rata ya adonannya. Tambahkan air secukupnya. Nanti aduk adonan hingga teksturnya agak kental ya (tekstur kalau ditarik molor seperti adonan mau buat roti) karena adonan nanti direkatkan dgn cara dibalutkan ke sosis yg ditusukan ke tusukan sate (Maaf penampakannya nggak kefoto)
- Kemudian sate sosis yg sudah selesai dibalutkan dgn adonan basah tsb. Gulingkan ke tepung panir sampai selesai.
- Jgn lupa panaskan minyak. Api kecil saja ya kalau menggoreng, takut gosong. Goreng sampai warna kuning keemasan. Kalau selesai semua, angkat tiriskan.
- Siapkan piring saji, lalu taruh sate sosis yg sudah jadi. Siap untuk dihias. Kebetulan di stok kulkas ada mayonaise, saos sambal & kecap saja (ini sesuai selera masing-masing ya)
