- Prepare a dough by adding water as per need, salt and ghee. Let it rest for atleast 30 mins.
- FOR FILLING : Heat the pan with oil. Sauté the onion for 2 - 3 mins.
- Now add this sauted onion and boiled potatoes in a bowl
- Add crushed green chillies, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, cumin powder, mango powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
- Add like juice, salt, coriander leave and chat masala. Mix all the ingredients well and mash the potatoes properly.
- Now, roll the dough a bit, add the filling and cover it from all the sides and now completely roll it till it becomes circle. Don't add too much filling.
- Place the paratha on hot tava. Side by side add ghee so that it cooks properly. Once it's done from both the sides garnish it with cheese and coriander leaves.
- Serve warm with your favorite chutney.
