  1. You need 1 bungkus indomie goreng
  2. Prepare 1 buah wortel ukuran kecil
  3. You need 1 buah sosis sapi/ayam
  4. You need 1 buah daun bawang
  5. Take 1/2 sdt garam
  6. Get 1/2 sdt penyedap rasa
  7. You need 2 butir telur ayam
  8. Provide 2 sdm tepung terigu

  10. Get Bahan olesannya
  11. Get 2 sdm mentega
  12. Provide 5 sdm kecap manis
  13. Use 1 saset saus sambal (option)
Instructions to make Sate Indomie:
  1. Siapkan wadah Parut sosis & wortel pakai parutan keju, iris/gunting daun bawang, tambahkan telur dan penyedap juga garam, aduk rata, tambahkan semua bumbu mie, aduk lagi sampai semuanya merata, kemudian sisihkan
  2. Rebus mie sampai matang, sambil menunggu mie matang, kita siapkan tepung tadi dengan tambahkan air secukupnya di kira2 aja, sampai tidak terlalu kental ataupun tidak terlalu encer yah.. (lebih lengkapnya bisa liat di youtube aku) kemudian sisihkan
  3. Angkat mie, masukkan ke wadah yang tadi di langkah ke 1, aduk rata, lalu masukkan juga tepung terigu tadi yang sudah di cairkan. Aduk lagi sampai semua benarbenar tercampur merata. Masukkan kedalam wadah lalu kukus sampai matang.
  4. Sambil menunggu matang, kita buat bahan olesan nya. Bahan semua di masukkan seperti yang ada di atas, aduk sampai tercampur rata. Sisihkan.
  5. Setelah matang adonan tadi yang kita kukus, angkat, tunggu dingin, lalu potong2 sesuai selera, tusuk pakai tusukan sate, lalu celupkan ke saos olesan tadi, sampai semua terbalut saos nya, kemudian bakar di teplon pakai sedikit margarin yah. Bakar sampai matang, angkat, sajikan deh. Selamat mencoba.
