- Boil Fenugreek seeds 10-12 minutes in water without touching or stirring. Then remove water and transfer it in seive and wash 4-5 times in running clean water.
- Heat oil in kadhai add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, add Asafoetida then add boiled gram dal,salt and turmeric pwder,red chilli pwder in it. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes if it looks thick you can add water in it. When dal started boiling add Fenugreek seeds, cook it 1-2 minutes then add coriander powder and dry mango pwder and cook it becomes soft. Both(gram dal - Fenugreek seeds)
