  4. Jika sudah dingin, potong cilsis jadi beberapa bagian lalu tusuk dengan lidi atau tusuk sate.
  5. Siapkan saus untuk olesannya, olesi semua cilsis hingga merata.
  6. Lalu panggang diteflon yang sudah dipanaskan. Pagang secara bergantian sambil dibolak-balik. Jika sudah ada tekstur bakarannya, angkat dan sajikan.
  7. Untuk adonan yang masih ada, bisa ditambahkan irisan daun bawang dan bentuk cilok bulat-bulat. Rebus pada air mendidih hingga matang (mengapung). Jika sudah matang tiriskan. Cilok bisa langsung dimakan.
