  1. Take a pan heat it then add oil to it when the oil is heated then add jeera,ria,meethi dana,souf and kalongi to it. After few seconds add lehsun, kadilal mirch and kadipata to it.
  2. Then mix it well then add arbi/cochai to it and stir it then add haldi,mirchi powder,dhaniya powder, namak to it and stir it well then cover it with a lid for few minutes.
  3. Then remove the lid and stir it well then add amchur powder to it and stir it. Then we have fry it by doing the gas flame high and medium. For few minutes and after few minutes granish it with dhaniya and your arbi/cochai ki sabzi is ready to serve.
