  1. Take smashed boiled potatoes, smashed steamed Sweetcorn, grated cheese, grated paneer, chilli flakes, pizza masala and salt in a bowl
  2. Mix stuffing ingredients well and make 8 equal Rounds. Take wheat flour oil and salt in a bowl and knead a soft dough with needed water. Knead more applying ghee on palm to make soft add and smooth dough. Make 8 equal Rounds.
  3. Now roll poori and fill the stuffing in center fold and again prepare 8-equal Stuffed rounds. Roll all the Stuffed paratha and cook both sides on tava applying ghee both the sides on medium flame till light brown and little crispy.
  4. Mix all the raita ingredients in a bowl and cut into 4- pieces and serve with Raita in a plate.
