- Campur semua bahan bumbu, aduk rata. Masukan ayam, udang, sosis. Aduk sampai semua bagian terkena bumbu. Diamkan di kulkas kurang lebih 3 jam agar bumbu meresap.
- Ambil tusukan sate. Tusuk bergantian ayam, sosis, udang, paprika dan nanas. (Urutan bebas)
- Panaskan panggangan/teflon. Olesi sedikit mentega. Bakar sate sampai matang dgn api sedang sambil diolesi sisa bumbu rendaman. Angkat, sajikan.
