- In a pressure cooker add soaked tuwar dal,fresh green peas along with salt, turmeric powder and required water…Cook for 2 -3 whistle…
- Heat oil in a pan..Add Onion..Saute till light pink…Add ginger, garlic…Stir for a min on medium heat…Add chopped tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder…And cook till they gets soft….Add kasuri methi, dal masala garam masala…Stir well….Add cooked dal saute and cook for a min..Add required water…And cook for another few minutes.
- For tempering-+ in a tempering pan heat Ghee/oil…Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, when they crackle…Add hing, curry leaves and kashmiri red chilli or whole red chilli… Immediately pour tadka over cooked dal and cover it.add fresh chopped coriander…And serve hot with roti, chapati or with rice.
