- Moong ki pressure cooker me 3 whistle tak cook karein
- Pan me oil dale garam karein chopped garlic ginger and chilli add karein fir onion ginger garlic chilli paste add karein….putt haldi,garam masala,red chilli and keep it cook for 7 to 8 mints
- Then salt add karein thoda pani daale… boiled moong add karein,kasuri methi crush kar ke daale thick hone tak cook karein moong tadka ready
