Steps to make Sate Bakwan:
- Siapkan bahan sate, potong2 jadi dadu atau sesuai selera. Marinasi dengan 2 sdm tepung bumbu serbaguna/ tepung goreng crispy dan sedikit air dibalur rata ke bahan. Kalo ga ada di marinasi dengan kaldu bubuk aja secukupnya. boleh. Diamkan dalam wadah sekitar 10 menit.
- Tusuk2 bahan yang udah di marinasi ke tusuk sate. Jika pake lebih dari 1 jenis bahan di kombinasi selang seling di tusuk sate ya
- Siapkan bahan celupan. Tepung terigu, masukkan bawang putih & ketumbar yg sudah dihaluskan, lada bubuk & kaldu bubuk secukupnya, cacahan daun bawang & daun seledri aduk2 rata sambil di campur air sedikit demi sedikit sampe jadi adonan dengan kekentalan yg sesuai (jangan terlalu kental jangan terlalu encer). Koreksi rasa. Setelah siap masukkan ke dalam gelas yg agak tinggi dan lebar.
- Siapkan minyak yg cukup banyak. Panaskan minyak, setelah cukup panas agak kecilkan api (api sedang). Karena aku pake wajan biasa uk.12 (agak kecil) agak susah menggoreng satenya. Jadi wajannya agak kumiringkan, lalu bagian bawah tusuk sate yg kepanjangan ku potong biar bisa masuk wajan.
- Celupkan satu persatu sate bakwan sebelum masuk ke minyak panas dalam wajan. Sate di celupkan dalam gelas sampe semua bahan sate tertutup adonan, langsung di masukkan wajan dan di goreng. Goreng hingga kuning kecokelatan dan matang. Angkat. Tiriskan. Sate Bakwan siap disantap sebagai lauk dengan nasi atau mie, atau bisa untuk cemilan dengan cocolan saos sambal atau mayonaise suka-suka! 🍡😋 - 🌻Unda Qy
