- Take 4 Medium Boiled Potato
- Prepare 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- You need 1 tbsp chopped Green Chilli

- To make stuffing…Mash Potato, and add all ingredients i.e. carrot, red chilli powder, green chilli, coriander, cheese, salt. Mix it well.
- To make dough take flour. Add salt and carom seeds and mix it. Now slowly start adding water. And add water until flour starts getting crumbly.
- Knead dough by using wet hand or splashing water on it. Knead it well. This will make dough softer and lighter.
- Spread some oil on dough and give it rest for 1/2 hr at least.
- Now roll chaptis like thinner from outer side and little thick inside.
- Now take same amount of stuffing as dough.
- Make ball of it. Carefully put it inside. And start closing it down by joining chapatis edges up around the stuffing.
- Roll the stuffed chapati now. Let it be a little thick.
- Heat pan on flame and put paratha on it. Cook both side until it gets golden. Add some oil or ghee on top of it.
- Serve it with Fresh Curd.
