  1. Cut paneer in cube shape. Take paneer cubed in a bowl and add salt, 1/2 tsp Garam masala & Kashmiri Mirch. Mix them well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Take butter in a pan and fry marinated paneer cubed. Fry Boiled green matar separately.
  3. Now take butter in a pan. Add tejpatta, dalchini, chopped Onion and Tomato, Ginger Garlic paste. Fry them till it becomes soft. Take out the fried mixture and let it cool.
  4. Make it's paste by grinding in mixture.
  5. Now again take butter in a pan. Add onion tomato paste and all masala. Saute till butter left sides of pan.
  6. Now add condensed milk fried paneer cubed and fried matar. After 2 minutes add posta Kaju paste.
  7. Paneer Matar Masala is ready. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
