  1. In kadhai add butter, cornflour, sugar.
  2. Pour fresh orange juice, saffron strands mix well.
  3. Cook on medium flame till sugar dissolves and sauce become thick. Cool at room temperature.
  4. To make Vanilla Ice cream balls..Take a scoop of vanilla ice cream..make dent in it place one orange segment in centre,cover and make ball.
  5. Similarly prepared all orange segments stuffed Vanilla Ice cream balls,keep them freezer safe container. Freeze till set.
  6. To assemble Santra- Mantra.. in ice cream serving bowl,place orange stuffed Vanilla ice- cream ball,on it pour 2 tbsp of orange sauce on it, place 2 orange segments on it's side,place one orange Pickwick wafer biscuit, sprinkle cashewnuts pieces and chocolate.
  7. Serve/ Relish immediately Santra- Mantra as dessert.
