- Provide 500 ml full fat milk
- Prepare 1 cup sohan papdi (have used leftover)
- Use as needed condensed milk / sugar
- Take pinch saffron strings
- Prepare 1 tsp vanilla custard powder
- Get 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Get 100 gm fresh whipping cream
- Provide as needed some almonds and pista flakes
Steps to make Sohan papdi Ice-cream:
- First in a pan add milk and bring it up to a boil. simmer the flame, add saffron and cook until it reduce 1/4.add condensed milk/ sugar mix well.

- Pour mixture into the airtight box or in a bowl gently place butter paper on the icecream mixture and then cover with lid or foil to avoid ice crystals.
