- Prepare 100 ml air
- You need 3 siung bawang putih
- You need secukupnya margarine untuk menumis
- Prepare Bahan saos keju :
- Prepare 100 ml susu UHT (saya pakai susu cair Ultra)
- Provide 1 sm tepung maizena
- Use 50 ml air
- Take 1 kuning telur
- You need 1 sachet Keju kraft cheddar
- Take 1 sdt garam
- Provide secukupnya lada putih

- Lumuri sayap ayam dengan bawang putih dan jahe yg sudah di haluskan tambahkan garam,merica dan royco,simpan di dalam kulkas kurang lebih 3 jam agar ayam tidak bau amis dan meresap (lebih bagus di simpan semalaman)
- Siapkan tepung bumbu sasa,lumuri sayap ayam dengan tepung. goreng sayap ayam sampai kering dan kecoklatan.angkat dan sisihkan
- Bahan Saos : campurkan semua bahan saos dalam satu wadah
- Panaskan margarine dalam wajan dan tumis bawang putih yg sudah halus sampai harum
- Masukan semua bahan saos ke dalam wajan,beri air dan larutan tepung maizena,aduk sampai mengental dan saos mulai meletup
- Masukan sayap ayam yg sudah di goreng ke dalam wajan berisi saos,aduk rata sampai sayap ayam berlumur saos.angkat dan sajikan
- Bahan Saos keju : panaskan susu UHT dengan api kecil
- Campurkan air,tepung maizena,kuning telur,garam dan lada putih kocok dalam satu wadah
