- Rebus macaroni sampai matang,taruh minyak dan sedikit garam.. tiriskan,campur sedikit minyak lagi agar tdk lengket,lalu aduk.
- Panaskan margarine secukupnya,tumis bawang bombay sampai harum kemudian masukkan smoked beef yg sdh digunting dadu dan jamur champignon beserta macaroni yg sdh ditiriskan
- Masukkan juga keju yg sdh diparut beserta susu cair yg sdh dikocok dengan telur 5 butir,aduk perlahan2,kemudian tambahkan garam,royco kaldu sapi, merica,pala bubuk dan oregano,.. aduk,masak sekitar 5-7 menit dan kondisikan rasanya..,🥰
- Tuang macaroni kedalam loyang foil,saya bisa buat sktr 20 loyang kecil foil dengan bahan diatas
- Setelah selesai, tinggal membuat saus keju.. panaskan margarine secukupnya,masukkan 2 Sdm Tepung maizena yg sdh dicampur dengan air,aduk rata dan agak cepat dengan api kecil biar tdk menggumpal
- Tuang susu,dan keju yg sdh diparut.. aduk terus agar keju cepat larut dan masak hingga mengental
- Tuang saus putih diatas makaroni tadi,tabur dengan oregano diatasnya kemudian panggang disuhu 180 derajat selama 40 menit(sebelumnya,panaskan oven terlebih dahulu selama 15 menit)
