- Prepare 1/4 cup Corns
- Take 1/2 cup Carrot(chopped)
- Provide 1/4 cup Capsicum(chopped)
- Take as per taste Salt

Instructions to make Masala Khichdi:
- Heat ghee in cooker, add cumin seeds. As cumin start crackling, add moong dal and rice. Add salt mix well.
- Add water as per requirement, and cook for 2-3 whistle add medium flame.
- In a pan heat the ghee, and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves As seeds starts crackling, add chopped onion.
- Now add ginger, mix well and cook till golden brown. Add chopped tomato. Cook 3-4 min.
- Now add all species. Mix well. Add little bit water, and cook 2 min.
- Now add all vegetable and mix well. Add salt and 1/2 cup water. Cook it till all vegetables become soft.
- Now add cooked dal and rice. Mix well. Cook for 5-7 min. Add green coriander… And serve it.
