  1. Cuci bersih ayam kemudian beri perasan jeruk remas remas.diamkan 10menit
  2. Setelah 10menit cuci lagi.baluri dengan garam,merica bubuk,dan bawang putih halus.diamkan 30menit
  3. Siapkan bahan pencelup pelapis kering dan basah masing masing dicampur rata.ambil sepotong ayam celupkan ke pelapis basah
  4. Kemudian gulingkan ke pelapis kering.lakukan sampai ayam habis.saya 2x celup biar aga tebel tepungnya
  5. Jadi seperti ini
  6. Panaskan minyak,goreng ayam sampai matang.angkat tiriskan.tata di piring saji
  7. Saus keju:campur susu cair,kejuparut,royco dalam teplon/panci.aduk rata.nyalakan api kecil aduk rata apabila sudah mendidih masukan campuran maizena yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air.masak sampai meletup dan mengental
  8. Pindahkan ke mangkuk tabur origano
