- Then add corn flour and all-purpose flour…mix to make coating on chicken
- Heat a pan..(I have used iron pan.. non-stick can do)put 1 tbsp oil heat properly and add chicken..cook it 5 minutes and flip all chicken pieces and add 1 tbsp oil..let it cook by flipping..it will take 20 minutes to full cooked
- Now add 2 tbsp oil in pan add chopped garlic after add chopped onion and capsicum…stir fry for 3 minutes..add Soya sauce tomato catch-up salt pepper powder red chilli powder sugar and mix well…add water..mix all ingredients add cooked chicken mix all ingredients well to make coating on chicken… it's ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds
