  21. Get 1 Bungkus Bon Cabe Level 15 (kalau menurut saya ini masih kurang pedas sih hehe bisa ditambah lagi sesuai selera ya buibu)
Instructions to make Ayam Richeese Pedas + Saus Keju:
  1. Campur semua bahan rendaman ayam
  2. Masukkan ayam yang sudah dicuci dan dibalur jeruk nipis kedalam bahan rendaman ayam, kemudian diamkan kurang lebih satu jam.
  3. Campur semua bahan lapis ayam (kecuali telur)
  4. Aduk telur dalam mangkuk terpisah
  5. Taburi ayam yang sudah direndam bumbu dengan tepung sedikit demi sedikit, (sambil dicubit dan ayam menjadi kering karena tepung)
  6. Masukkan telur sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam ayam yang sudah kering tepung tadi, hingga basah kembali.
  7. Taburi lagi ayam dengan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil dicubit hingga kering kembali
  8. Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas, dengan api kecil (menggoreng ayam harus dalam keadaan tenggelam dan goreng dengan api kecil agar matang merata, angkat ayam bila sudah berwarna coklat keemasan)
  9. Tumis bawang bombay
  10. Masukkan saus Del Monte, saus sambal, dan Bon Cabe, masak sebentar, matikan api kemudian masukkan ayam yang sudah digoreng tadi.
  11. Panaskan susu UHT dan Keju Prochiz Spready hingga tercampur rata.
  12. Masukkan bumbu kentang goreng keju merk indofood.
  13. Masukkan tepung maizena yang sudah dilarutkan di air kemudian masak hingga mengental, Angkat.
  14. Ayam Richeese plus saus keju siap untuk disajikan.
