Steps to make Panchmel Dal:
  1. Soak all daals together. Don't remove the husk while washing daals. Pressure cook it with turmeric, salt and water.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic. Add ghee in the pan. Once ghee is hot add mustard and jeera. Add asfoitida and red chilli. Add onion. Let it saute for some time.
  3. Add masalas and tomato puree. Mix it well.
  4. Add daal and salt. Add some chopped coriander leaves. Let it boils for some time. Serve hot with Ghee Soaked Baatis
