Instructions to make Mixed Dal & Rice:
  1. Firstly, wash and soak mixed dal for 15minutes.
  2. Take pressure cooker Add drained dal and water add salt boil for 3 whistles.
  3. Now take a pan add oil/ ghee add asafoetida, cumin seeds saute for a second. Add chopped onions saute it till translucent.
  4. Now add tomato saute till it gets smooth. Now add green chillies + Garlic + ginger paste saute for a second. Add garam masala, coriander powder, Turmeric Powder, red chili powder.
  5. Add this tadka to tha boiled dal stir well.
  6. Ready to serve with rice.
  7. For rice:-(Rice):-Take a pan Boil water after 5 minutes add Rinsed rice stir well cook on medium flame till cooked completely. Drained excess water. Ready to serve.
